The people in this section are the people on your account. One operator owns your number and five specialists do the work themselves. Nobody here forwards your email to somebody else.

I built this because I was the client, and I was badly served.
I started on the other side of this.
For four years I ran a supplement brand. Good product, honest margins, and a marketplace business I could not make sense of from one month to the next.
I had a 3PL who blamed the agency. An agency who blamed the 3PL. A compliance consultant who billed by the hour to tell me what I was not allowed to say. Five vendors, five invoices, and not one of them could tell me what a single unit actually earned once everything was taken out.
The month I finally worked it out myself, the answer was that I had been losing money on my best-selling product. For eleven months. Every vendor I was paying had the data sitting in front of them. None of them had any reason to go looking.
That is the whole reason this company exists.
We took those five vendors and made them one team under one roof. We buy the inventory ourselves, so when we are wrong about a forecast it costs us, not you. And we take a commission instead of a retainer, because it is the only arrangement where nobody on our side gets paid to leave a problem alone.
It also means we turn work down. If your margin cannot carry a commission, you will hear that on the first call rather than in the fourth month. That conversation is cheaper for both of us.
If you have ever had four vendors and still no answer, you already know why we built it this way.
No pitch deck. Just an honest read on where you are, and whether we are the right people for it.

Specialists, not a pool of generalists.
An agency sells you the founder in the pitch and assigns you a coordinator on Monday. Here the person who set your margin floor is the person who answers when it moves.
Senior strategy & leadership
Strategy & P&LAK
Founder & CEO
The focus: Owns the number on every account. AK sets the margin floor, approves the pricing ladder, and is the person you call when something is wrong — not an account manager who escalates it.
Operations & GrowthLéa Marchand
Head of Brand Operations
The focus: Turns strategy into a week of scheduled work. Léa runs the portfolio calendar, the creator programme and the email lifecycle, and she is why launches land on the date we said.
The multidisciplinary specialists
Supply ChainMarco Ferrante
Head of Procurement & Logistics
The focus: Buys the stock and moves it. Marco models demand per SKU per channel, so the buffer is sized before the spike rather than after the stockout.
FulfillmentDesmond Okafor
Head of Fulfillment
The focus: Runs the Toronto floor. Every unit is received, inspected, prepped and labelled to the receiving marketplace's spec — because a rejected inbound costs a month of ranking.
ConversionKevin Park
Head of Listing & Conversion
The focus: Writes and tests what the customer actually reads. Kevin signs off every line that goes live, and nothing ships on a machine draft alone.
Data IntegrityPriya Raman
Head of Data & Compliance
The focus: Keeps the numbers honest and the listings legal. Priya owns COGS reconciliation, MAP enforcement and the regulatory checks that stop a listing being pulled mid-season.
You can see all of it.
There is no proprietary method and no black box. You get the live numbers, the reasoning behind each decision, and a monthly hour with the person who made them.
“Most of our brands arrive through a referral from another founder. That is the only marketing metric I actually care about.”
