What we collect
Bookings on this site are handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book a call you give Calendly your name, email address and any details you add to the booking form. That information is passed to us so we can prepare for and attend the call.
We also keep standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, page requested — for security and diagnostics.
This site does not run a contact form of its own, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
Booking details are used to hold the meeting, to prepare for it, and to follow up about a possible partnership. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your consent.
Who processes it
Calendly processes your booking on our behalf and stores it on their systems under their own privacy policy, which you should read at calendly.com/privacy before booking. Beyond Calendly, booking details may pass through the email and customer-relationship tools we use internally, which process data on our instructions only.
Retention
We keep booking records and any related correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate the opportunity and maintain a record of the relationship, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
